The most useful writing on this site started as somebody’s question — usually a decision that looked simple until it was actually in front of them.
If you have one, send it. Questions about a clinical decision, a paper you cannot reconcile with what you were taught, or a case where the evidence and the guideline disagree are all welcome. So are corrections.

What happens to it
Questions that turn out to be worth a longer answer become issues or essays, credited or anonymous exactly as you prefer — and never with identifying detail about a patient. Say which you would like when you write.
